Wow! I wish I could hand out more stars to Issaquah Highlands Dental Group! 100/10! Location & Accessibility: 10/10 Easy to find and lots of parking spots available. It's in the Highlands Plaza area where I got to stop by the pet store, Homegoods and Dick's Sporting Goods after my visit. Atmosphere/Interaction: 15/10 The welcome front desk ladies are all so friendly and helpful. I checked in immediately and really liked how clean and bright it was. Every single person in there is smiling, is helpful and I really like their app and text messages alerts for updates on my treatment plan/care. Cleanliness: 10/10 Equipment is clean, updated and efficient. I absolutely loved my teeth cleaning appointment as well!! Value: 10/10 Affordable, insurance handling and good pricing. Wait Time & Scheduling: 20/10 They are extremely amazing here. They will book you as soon as you can get in and I do not have to wait long to get seated. I had my consultation with Dr. Eric Miller, DDS., and I had a great experience. Exactly what I was looking for! After a short conversation, he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve with my smile and where I needed to start. I can't wait to see my before and after photos and really excited to start my treatment plan with Issaquah Highlands Dental Group. Shout Out to Chang Yang, RDH., for my cleaning! I thought it wouldn't want to add on the laser treatment but now I can honestly say that I want that added as much as possible! Thank you for making my smile 1000x brighter!

This clinic is so wonderful, I came in for emergency dental services after injuring my face and mouth at work in a Saturday. Everyone on staff was so kind and compassionate, I was very fragile and emotional and they were so gentle and lovely with me. They were far more thorough than the ER I went to immediately after the accident and discovered extremely important things that the ER had missed. They worked with me so patiently for the workers comp claim even though it’s so confusing and frustrating. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Our hygienist Chang is awesome; provided a thorough and careful dental cleaning and was friendly and positive. He’s concerned with patient comfort and offers gentle, respectful suggestions. And Dr Miller is always great.
